I’ve been self employed full-time for almost 9 years, and I’ve made just about every mistake in the book so that you don’t have to.
During your mentorship session, I listen and ask questions about your situation, recommend action steps, and share recommendations, ultimately guiding you towards the solutions that are the best fit for you.
You will resonate with my recommendations if you share my core values of passion, honesty, determination, quality, communication, treating clients with kindness, and working professionally according to best practices in the design industry.
What I can’t help with:
Giving feedback on designs (But I am working on a separate option to support you with this!)
Legal and financial advice — while I may share suggestions of what has worked for me, ultimately I will always defer to an attorney or accountant for official legal and financial advice.
Career coaching: if you’re looking to get a job working for someone else, or if you’re looking to become a graphic designer but don’t have design experience yet, I’m not the best fit to mentor you through these things.
